Field Manager Our client is actively seeking a seasoned and
thorough - Field Manager - with a solid background in multi-family
projects to enhance their dynamic team. As a - Field Manager , your
primary role will involve overseeing subcontractors and installers,
guaranteeing smooth coordination, and the effective execution of
projects. This position demands a profound understanding of
blueprint interpretation, material scheduling, and delivery,
coupled with a firm handle on project timelines, team management,
and quality assurance. - Your responsibility as the Field Manager
will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of project
delivery, ensuring each task adheres to set timelines and meets or
surpasses quality expectations. Responsibilities of the Field
Manager:
- Lead the on-site management of multiple active multi-family
projects.
- Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators to ensure timely
handling of submittals, change orders, and essential project
documentation.
- Perform physical site assessments and collaborate with the
purchasing department for prompt material procurement.
- Directly manage subcontractors and installation crews to ensure
project objectives are met efficiently and accurately.
- Uphold strict adherence to project schedules, quality
benchmarks, and safety standards.
- Oversee and optimize material requisition processes to ensure
effective field product control.
- Serve as the primary liaison for builders and contractors,
fostering robust communication and swiftly addressing
project-related inquiries. Qualifications for the Field Manager:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field/project
management, specifically within multi-family projects in the
Construction and Building Materials sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
and technical schematics.
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in project management
software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in coordinating diverse on-site teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, protocols, and
quality standards.
- A proven record of meeting project deadlines and successfully
completing assignments.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to oversee multiple projects
