through our partnered employment agency. Based on performance and
business needs, there is potential for the role to transition into
a regular Hale employee position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Responsible for kitting of materials for individual work centers
within the modules department: /n - Panels /n - Pump build /n -
Body Drop /n - Module Final /n - Finish bay /n /n /n /n -
Responsible for ensuring designated staging and kitting areas
remain stocked, organized, and is supportive of designated lane's
production flow. /n - Supports inventory accuracy. /n -
Communicates shortages timely and accurately to leadership /n -
Maintains a clean and organized workstation to include module
stocking locations /n - Conducts inventory review, specifically but
not limited to in month inventory requirements: /n - Sizemore /n -
Body, Panels, frame rails, running boards, etc /n - Pumps /n -
Manifolds /n /n /n - All other duties as assigned. /n /n KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES /n - Detail-oriented and thorough. /n
- Ability to keep area of responsibilities clean and orderly. /n -
Ability to interact with team members/leadership affectively in a
manner that provides supportive, clear, and accurate information.
/n - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to
meet production deadlines. /n - Knowledge of safety standards and
regulations to ensure a safe working environment. /n /n EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE /n - High School diploma or equivalent preferred. /n
- Forklift experience desired but not required for hire. This skill
will need to be obtained for this position within 90 days of hire.
/n /n PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

stand, walk, and perform assembly by climbing up and down on
ladders. The employee must have the ability to sit, balance and

over 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus to
read BOMs, work orders, and shop orders. May be exposed to various
workplace hazards, including but not limited to chemicals,
machinery, and noise. Proper use of personal protective equipment
