  What the Senior Tax Accountant will do---
  
  
  • 
    
  • Senior Tax Accountant will prepare estimated federal and state income tax payments.
    
    
  • Senior Tax Accountant will prepare 1120s, 1055s, 1040s, and payroll
    
    
  • Perform year-end accrual review and prepare the tax provision.
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • Prepare various federal and state income tax returns.
      
      
    • Prepare various personal property tax returns.
      
      
    • Senior Tax Accountant will prepare/review other various tax filings: Annual reports, Intangible Tax, Sales and Use Tax.
      
      
    • Assist in federal and state audits.
      
      
    • Senior Tax accountant will maintain our tax preparation system.
      
      
    • Keep abreast of current developments in the tax area.
      
      
    • Provide an information source in the tax area within the company.
      
      
    • Other tax projects as they arise.
      
      
    • Assist in financial planning and analysis.
      
      
    • Senior Tax Accountant will gain new clients
      
      
      
      
      Job Requirements
      
      What the company needs in a Senior Tax Accountant:
      
      
      • 
        
      • 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance, Master's degree in Accounting/Taxation is a PLUS
        
        
      • CPA designation or currently sitting for exam
        
        
      • Minimum of 3 years related tax experience
        
        
      • Solid understanding of Accounting and Tax processes and procedures
