Job Description:
The Staff Assistant will serve as a supportive and
organizational member of our government office, assisting in the
daily operations and contributing to efficient functioning through
excellent administrative support. This role involves effectively
facilitating communications, managing schedules, and preparing
report materials while ensuring all activities are compliant with
governmental policies and regulations. Provide administrative
support to senior staff, including managing calendars, scheduling
meetings, and organizing events. Prepare written communications
such as correspondence, memos, and emails. Handle confidential and
non-routine information sensitively and professionally. Assist in
the preparation of reports and presentation materials. Manage
office supplies inventory and liaise with external vendors as
required. Support the implementation of office policies and
procedures. Assist with various research projects and data analysis
tasks as needed. Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Ability to
handle confidential information with discretion Effective time
management and ability to prioritize tasks Capability to work
