Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating and/or project management and will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for a variety of Crane projects. Responsibilities Review project plans and specifications to determine crane requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates including equipment, labor, permits, and logistics. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure scope alignment. Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools. Analyze site conditions and recommend appropriate crane solutions. Track and report on bid performance and win/loss ratios. ? Qualifications 3 years of experience in construction estimating or project management. Willingness to learn crane types, capacities, and operational logistics. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) Work Environment Office-based with occasional site visits Fast-paced and collaborative team setting Competitive Benefits Package Company Description We fabricate and install overhead cranes for a wide range of applications.
