Days, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (with weekend rotation) Location: 601 E

Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country

providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and
125,000 outpatients each year Unit Highlights:
We are a Multisystem Progressive Care
Unit (PCU), so we see everything when it comes to our patients. We
serve adults & geriatrics that require complex, comprehensive
multidisciplinary care. We help each other out when the going gets
tough. There's never a dull moment on 3 East as we are learning new
things each day. It is a great unit to get a solid foundation of
nursing skills in all the body systems. If you are not sure what
you want to specialize in - 3 East is the place for you! Each staff
member is willing to help lend a hand to their peers and there is
always someone there to help! The care team is comprised of Nurses,
Patient Care Techs, HUCs, Education Specialists, Infection
Preventionists, Care Managers, Physicians and Nursing Leaders. We
work closely with our hospitalists from admission to discharge.
This is supported by daily multidisciplinary rounds. Our leadership
and education team truly focus on fostering an environment for
learning and caring for our team. We want each and every person to
be successful and we will do whatever we can do help the team! Many
of our nurses participate in the Professional Excellence Program,
which is a program that helps further a nurse's clinical skill and
experience, as well as their opportunities for growth. Multisystem
PCU allows you to grow and hone your nursing skills. The role
you'll contribute: The ANM is a registered professional nurse who
supports the Nurse Manager or Director in overall operations of
their assigned unit. - Is able to demonstrate critical thinking
skills, creativity, and has the knowledge to manage resources to
achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and
compliance with hospital guidelines. The ANM is skilled in
coaching, mentoring, and leading a professional and technical team
in the delivery of services to our patient population. The ANM
assures quality of care is delivered to our patients and
demonstrates effective stewardship of scarce resources. Is
supportive of change activities on their unit and works to assure
implementation of change that may occur. - Actively participates in
outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in
maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The

Lead the Employees - Has a working
knowledge of performance expectations for all employees on the
unit. Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the
performance improvement model of the organization. Business of
Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care
economics and healthcare public policy as it applies to the
delivery of patient care Relationships and Behaviors - Utilizes
relationship in influencing behaviors on the unit Clinical Practice
Knowledge - Is an expert in the clinical practice requirements of
their unit. - *Terms: 24-month Full-time Employment Contract
Required for Sign-On and Relocation Sign-on Eligibility:
Applicable experience required.
Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.

address. - The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing Specific experience as
delineated by the unit of employment Current valid State of Florida
or multistate license as a Registered Nurse Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS) per
specialty/unit requirements EKG competency Preferred
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in
Nursing (MSN) Professional Certification This facility is an equal
