A large children's hospital in Northeast Florida is recruiting Pediatric Neurologists to join its expanding faculty. We welcome applications from candidates with expertise in various subspecialties, although experience in clinical neurophysiology, neuromuscular disorders, and epilepsy is particularly supported.Program Highlights: Largest Tertiary Children's Hospital in Florida 277 Beds Level 1 Trauma Center Faculty AppointmentPediatric Neurology Residency Program Neuromuscular Highlights: This Neuromuscular position presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Neuroscience Institute. The Neuromuscular specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing the development of the EMG lab. Notably, our center is one of four Florida State-sponsored treatment centers for spinal muscular atrophy in newborns. Leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates, and we fully support teaching and research endeavors. Epilepsy Highlights: The hospital offers comprehensive outpatient epilepsy services, including EEG and continuous EEG studies, EMU evaluations, presurgical evaluations, intraoperative monitoring, minimally invasive surgery, responsive neurostimulation, and a ketogenic diet program.Jacksonville:Located where the St. Johns River and the Atlantic Ocean meet, this area is known for its metropolitan style and stunning natural beauty.
