Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is looking for a dedicated Physical
Therapist Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals in
delivering specialized physical therapy services. At Tender Touch,
we pride ourselves on our commitment to personalized patient care
and employ a holistic approach to rehabilitation. This role
requires assisting Physical Therapists in the treatment of
patients, ensuring efficient therapy services that are tailored to
individual needs. Assist Physical Therapists in the treatment of
patients with various physical conditions. Implement patient
treatment plans as established by the primary Physical Therapist.
Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and
maintenance exercises. Document patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary. Maintain equipment and treatment
areas to ensure a clean and safe environment. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to plan treatments across
disciplines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of
therapeutic exercises and techniques Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed or eligible for licensure
as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state CPR
certified
