Job Description:

a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). Our

ensures improved outcomes. In this role, you will leverage your
skills to support patients with semi-critical needs who require
close monitoring and frequent assessments. You will work
collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care based
on the latest health standards and practices. Monitor and evaluate
patients with semi-critical conditions. Administer medications,
document patient data, and respond effectively to complications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and
implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families
about treatment plans and health maintenance. Ensure compliance
with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Ability to work efficiently under pressure Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred
