At HCA Florida Largo Hospital, we are looking for a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Emergency Department. This role involves overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care. The successful candidate will be pivotal in streamlining operations, enhancing patient satisfaction, and contributing to the treatment and recovery processes within our technologically advanced facility. Under your leadership, the Emergency Department will continue to excel in operational efficiency and quality patient outcomes. Coordinate patient care activities in the Emergency Department, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and healthcare regulations. Supervise the nursing staff and provide guidance on clinical issues, prioritizing workload to manage patient flow. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. Ensure the maintenance of patient records and the confidentiality and security of data. Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to improve care plans and outcomes for patients. Manage departmental resources, including scheduling and inventory of supplies. Monitor compliance with healthcare laws and accreditation standards. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical emergency nursing procedures Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and effectively Competence in using healthcare technology and patient management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida BLS/ACLS Certification Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred but not required
