Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel About the Opportunity /n We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational /Hand Therapist (OT) to join a quality-driven outpatient clinic focused on restoring function and improving patients’ independence in daily life. /n This role is ideal for clinicians who value meaningful patient connections, evidence-based care, and a collaborative clinic culture. New Grad OTs are welcome, with mentorship and support available. /n/n What You’ll Do /n /n - Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments /n - Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans /n - Provide 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes /n - Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, coordination, and mobility /n - Document patient progress accurately and timely /n - Collaborate with physical therapists, assistants, and clinic leadership /n - Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and long-term success /n /n/n Clinic Environment /n /n - Outpatient orthopedic and general rehab focus /n - Modern equipment and well-organized treatment spaces /n - Supportive leadership and administrative staff /n /n/n Qualifications /n /n - Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program /n - Must have current hand?therapy experience; outpatient setting required.
