We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and personable Treatment plan coordinator to join our team and help our patients navigate their treatment journey with clarity and confidence. Job responsibilities include: Present and explain treatment plans - knowledge of required treatment and the ability to clearly explain treatment to patients, along with reviewing financial obligations. Strong customer service skills - greet, comfort and build rapport, naturally with each patient interaction.
