goals—it transforms lives every day. About the role: Patient Care &
Clinical Support – Conducts patient intake interviews, prepares
patients for exams, assists providers with exams and procedures,
administers treatments and screenings, and ensures quality patient
care. Electronic Health Records (EHR) & Documentation – Documents
all patient interactions in the EHR in a timely manner, processes
patient-related tasks (calls, faxes, scanned documents), and
follows up on patient appointments. Team Collaboration &
Communication – Participates in daily huddles, works with the care
team to ensure pre-visit preparation, mentors coworkers, and
maintains professional communication with staff and patients.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety – Adheres to HIPAA, HRSA, state,
federal, and accreditation regulations, follows clinical policies
and procedures, and ensures exam rooms and equipment are properly

satisfaction. Required Education & Experience: Graduate of an
approved MA Program . Active Medical Assistant Certification
Required: Minimum one (1) year as a Medical Assistant. Must
demonstrate required MA competencies. Experience with electronic
health records highly desirable LI-VS1
