U.S. Renal Care, a leader in dialysis treatment, seeks a Float Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to patients with kidney disease across various clinics. This position requires flexibility and a dedication to adapting to new environments while maintaining the highest standards of care. Successful candidates will possess critical thinking skills, a collaborative spirit, and robust experience in dialysis treatment and patient care management. Travel between various U.S. Renal Care clinics as needed. Assess, diagnose, and implement specific treatments for patients receiving dialysis. Ensure high-quality dialysis treatment and patient safety. Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention. Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain complete and accurate patient records. Proficient in providing dialysis treatment Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Adept at emergency management and multi-tasking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice BLS/ACLS Certification
