Job Description:

is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Medical Surgical
department. This pivotal role supports the management of clinical,
administrative, and operational activities, ensuring delivery of
high-quality, cost-effective health care. The coordinator will play
a crucial role in staff development, patient care management, and
continuous improvement practices, upholding HCA Healthcare's
mission to care for and improve human life. Coordinate nursing
operations and activities within the Medical Surgical department.
Supervise a team of nurses and support staff ensuring best
practices are followed. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to improve patient outcomes. Implement and monitor
patient care plans. Provide direct care when necessary and respond
to patient emergencies. Participate in recruitment, training, and
evaluation of staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and standards. Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems Ability to
handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of
healthcare laws, regulations, and standards Medical Insurance
