Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team. Focused on
providing top-tier patient care, our RNs play a pivotal role in
supporting families during one of the most significant moments of
their lives. This demanding role calls for skillful management of
both routine and complex childbirth scenarios, working
collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety
and health of mothers and newborns. Supervise and support mothers
during labor, including monitoring vital signs and stages of labor.
Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and manage pain
relief strategies. Assist with inductions and interventions,
including cesarean sections, under the guidance of obstetricians.
Educate and empower parents with knowledge on newborn care,
breastfeeding, and maternal health. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to deliver seamless care throughout the labor and
delivery process. Proficiency in fetal monitoring and obstetric
procedures. Strong emotional resilience and ability to handle
stress. Effective communication and collaborative skills. Expertise
in neonatal resuscitation and emergency response. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. BLS/CPR
certification. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
preferred. Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB)
desirable.
