HCA Healthcare invites qualified Registered Nurses to join our new state-of-the-art Freestanding Emergency Department at North Dale Mabry, designed to provide fast, experienced emergency care in a highly efficient, patient-focused environment. As an RN in this pioneering facility, you will be integral in launching services and shaping patient care protocols, working closely with esteemed colleagues and accessing cutting-edge resources. Provide high-quality patient care in emergency situations with promptness and efficiency. Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate medical treatments. Work collaboratively with ER physicians and other medical staff in a dynamic team environment. Ensure adherence to HCA Healthcare's policy and the highest standards of nursing practice. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate medical records and report any discrepancies. Strong clinical skills in emergency medical situations Excellent decision-making and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
