HCA Healthcare invites qualified Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team at the Central Tampa Freestanding Emergency Room on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The selected candidates will provide critical emergency care, collaborating with a dedicated team to support patient needs and uphold our commitment to improving human life. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment, offering a rewarding experience for those passionate about emergency medical services. Provide immediate nursing care in emergency situations Assess patient condition and implement appropriate intervention Work collaboratively with physicians and other medical staff Maintain patient documentation with accuracy and compliance Support patient and family emotional and physical needs Ensure the integrity of all medical equipment and report issues Strong clinical skills in an emergency room setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations Proficient in using medical technologies and electronic health records Skilled in triage, resuscitation, and stabilization of patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification encouraged
