CAD Drafter

Job Description:

A local Saint Petersburg company that is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of traffic control signs has an immediate temporary-to-permanent job opening for a full-time CAD Drafter.



This candidate will need to have strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities will include assisting the office manager with drawing signs in SignCad, cutting vinyl on the plotter, and updating job tracking log and other reports in Microsoft Excel. MUST be able to learn quickly and must be very computer savvy!



Shift will be day time hours, Monday-Friday.



Requirements:


* High School Diploma/GED required


* Must have at least 1+ years recent CAD experience (SignCad experience preferred)


* Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Must be able to successfully complete drug, background, and reference screenings
