Job Description Job Description CDL Class A Team Drivers – OTR (48 States) Limitless Power Logistics Inc. Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Limitless Power Logistics Inc. is a Dayton, Ohio–based trucking company with terminal and operations located in Orlando, Florida. We are hiring experienced CDL Class A Team Drivers for Over-the-Road (48 states) positions as 1099 Independent Contractors . We offer competitive pay, guaranteed miles, consistent freight with U.S. Mail, newer equipment, and a professional, respectful work environment. Pay & Compensation (1099) $0.85 per mile (team) Guaranteed 5,800 miles per week if drivers are active 7 days / 24 hours (Company credits short miles if total miles are less than 5,800) Pay statements run Monday through Sunday Payment issued the following Thursday Payday: Every Thursday Security Deposit $250 weekly deduction $2,500 total per driver / $5,000 per team Escrow balance released within 45 calendar days after employment contract termination Equipment & Freight 2025–2026 model trucks Consistent work with U.S. Mail Home Time & Location Home time: 1 day off for every 1 week OTR (4 weeks out = 4 days home, 5 weeks out = 5 days home, etc.) Drivers may take the truck home for up to 2 days If staying out more than 3 days, truck must be returned to the terminal Company yard located in Orlando, Florida Requirements CDL Class A Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience Proof of at least 1 winter driving season Must be able to drive all 48 states Minimum 4 weeks OTR commitment REAL ID required (no temporary CDLs) Must speak English Position is 1099 Independent Contractor (no W-2) Apply today and drive with Limitless Power Logistics Inc.
