Role: Closer
Location: 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando FL 32821 ( Onsite position in Orlando, FL from day one)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 3 month contract with possibility of extension
Working Hours (Tentative): Monday Friday, 7:30, 8am or 8:30am (start time) - 4:30pm -5:30pm (30 min or 1 hour lunch)

Some lifting

• Summary Description: Processing, Scanning, Reviewing incoming mail, Processing Cancellations in our various systems. Reviews deeds and other legal documents submitted by owners, and submit system updates to reflect the real property ownership once all necessary documentation is received. Requirements:
• Knowledge and skills:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced organization while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in both MS Outlook and Word
    • Export Excel and Access experience a plus
    • Job experience:
      • 2 years general office data entry experience
      • 1 year closing or title research experience
      • 1 year experience in a customer service role
      • Timeshare experience preferred
