Senior Estimator

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Estimator. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our company by delivering accurate and timely electrical estimates for multifamily and commercial projects within the Change Order department. Position Responsibilities:

  Manage estimating processes and timelines to ensure client deadlines are met.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with operations teams and clients to define project scope.
  
  
• 
  Maintain detailed, organized notes on work within the Change Order team pipeline.
  
  
• 
  Analyze and interpret construction drawings (blueprints) and specifications.
  
  
• 
  Prepare and execute onscreen quality overlays, takeoffs, and descriptive narratives.
  
  
• 
  Allocate costs appropriately into project budgets.
  
  
• 
  Prepare and present completed estimating proposals to the Operations team and clients.
  
  
• 
  Lead, mentor, and provide direction to assigned estimating team members.
  
  
• 
  Commit to a fast-track position for a minimum of 16 months.

    A motivated problem-solver with a focus on customer service and 5-10 years of electrical estimating experience.
    
    
  • 
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
    
    
  • 
    Strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with senior management and remains organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
    
    
  • 
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).
    
    
  •
