As a Helpdesk Coordinator, Equipment Logistics, assist in providing support to internal clients throughout the lifecycle of live events across all ETP brands. They assist in determining cost effective solutions while maximizing the utilization of company assets and locating/securing rentals with third party vendors. They ensure the highest level of service standards while working in a high-pressured environment and meeting tight deadlines.

A typical day may include, but is not limited to:

  • Monitor daily support traffic, collaborate with team members and provide cost effective solutions based on the request and urgency.
  • Create equipment transfers, purchase orders, and support orders using the company's inventory tracking system to outline equipment movement and generate warehouse tasks.
  • Provide support and solutions to internal clients based on equipment related needs for show emergencies and equipment shortages.
  • Generate inquiries, negotiate pricing and secure crossrentals from third party vendors as needed/required.
  • Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies related to crossrentals.
  • Assist in forecasting high demand inventory to identify shortages and collaborate with Technical Services Team and Account Executives to determine actionable strategies. Evaluate alternative options, analyze modifications to existing solutions, and identify purchase opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining vendor database.
  • Backfill EQL team members as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the department manager. To be a successful Helpdesk Coordinator, Equipment Logistics, you should have:
    • 1-2 years' experience in the live event industry
    • Experience in project coordination
    • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
