Job Description:
At UniFirst Corporation, we are seeking a motivated Outside
Sales Representative-South to join our dynamic sales team, focusing
on expanding our reach in the uniform rental and facility services
market across the Southern U.S. regions. This role is essential in
forging relationships with new customers and enhancing our services
with existing clients through expert consultation and personalized
sales strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge
of sales techniques and the local market landscape to drive sales
and ensure satisfaction in line with our longstanding commitment to
excellence. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships within
the southern U.S. territory. Meet and exceed sales targets by
developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans. Analyze
market trends and competitor activity to advise on business
strategies. Provide tailored solutions that meet client needs,
emphasizing the value of UniFirst’s products and services. Maintain
robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring meticulous
adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Prepare regular
sales reports and presentations for regional sales meetings and
corporate stakeholders. Proven sales skills with an ability to
close leads and meet or exceed sales quotas Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong
organizational and time management skills Ability to work
independently and navigate various client types and sizes
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong
analytical skills to assess data and market trends Medical

license and clean driving record Training in sales techniques or
