Job Description Job Description Salary: 21.25 GENERAL PURPOSE OF
THE JOB The Created Case Manager shall provide direct services to
enable survivors of human trafficking who are enrolled in our
program to be successfully reinserted into society and make initial
needs assessments to establish goals and a developmental plan with
each client to follow. The Case Manager will provide social
services and assistance to improve the social functioning of the
program clients and to maximize their well-being. The overall
objective of the program is to assist these clients in accessing
services, employment opportunities, and finding long-term housing
as they work through the 4 phases of our program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES Commitment to work with and provide
trauma-informed care to women who have experienced human
trafficking, Provide all services related to the intake activities.
Thorough knowledge of community services, target population and
ability to network with community providers regarding program
services and referrals of clients. Refer clients to community
resources for services such as job placement, debt counseling,
legal aid, housing, medical treatment, or financial assistance, and
provide concrete information, such as where to go and how to apply.
Counsel clients regarding issues including mental health, poverty,
unemployment, substance abuse, physical abuse, rehabilitation,
social adjustment, childcare, or medical care. Collect
supplementary information needed to assist client. Complete
follow-ups of all successful and neutral placements as required by
Agency and Funders. Collaborate with all external and internal
stakeholders. Achieve individual productivity requirements,
contribute appropriately to group productivity objectives, and use
independent judgment. Complete and update case records for each
client in accordance with agency Guidelines Responsible for reports
as required by the Agency in a timely and thorough manner. Perform
other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS, SPECIAL
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Evidence of deep alignment with
Created Women Inc mission and values Must be sensitive to and
respect cultural diversity amongst clients, staff, and volunteers.
Complies with all applicable training requirements. Complies with
all company safety, personnel, and operational policies and
procedures. Complies with work schedule to ensure effective
operations of Agency programs. Contributes positively as a member
of a productive and cooperative team. Performs other duties as
necessary to fulfill Createds Mission Able to speak, write and
understand English. Bilingual Preferred Flexible work schedule
including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to set
appropriate limits, work under deadlines and multi-task. Ability to
organize, prioritize, self-motivate, and deliver results. Excellent
communication and listening skills. Possess strong work ethics.
Ability to empathize and practice trauma-informed care with those
who have experienced various levels of trauma. Successfully pass a
FDLE Level II background screening. Valid Florida drivers license,
ability to drive, and reliable transportation. Mission driven
attitude supplemented with integrity and passion. Adherence to the
highest ethical standards, personally and professionally. A high
level of openness and willingness to receive feedback/suggestions
from superiors and others, and to learn new skills to improve job
performance. Will make a commitment to serve all people with

God. ETHICAL GUIDELINES Remain free from any substances that affect
my ability and capacity to perform my duties. Recognize personal
issues, behaviors, or conditions that may impact my performance as
a staff of Created Women Inc. Maintain regular supervision and
ongoing support so I have a person with whom I can address
challenging personal issues, behaviors, or conditions that may
negatively effect my own recovery. I understand that misconduct may
result in the suspension of my credentials. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
BSW degree or degree related to social service or substance abuse
and previous experience as a Case Manager preferred. Previous
experience in an anti-trafficking related field preferred
Willingness to travel/drive regularly. Have a valid Driver's
License and vehicle insurance. Bilingual in Spanish and English is
Preferred. BENEFITS: Health Insurance reimbursements up to
